FAQ
How do I become a customer?
Very easy! Send us an email or just give us a call, someone helpful and friendly will always answer.
How do I pay you?
You can go to our website and pay your invoice by credit card with our online payment option or call us with your credit card information. We also accept in person payments with a credit card or cash.
Can you deliver to me?
Yes, we have delivery options by our truck or can ship vis UPS.
At what resolution should I save my photos and graphics?
Resolution should be set to 300 dpi. Images pulled from the internet are often low resolution, usually 72 dpi or 96 dpi. Avoid these, as they will appear pixilated when printed.
Why do the printed colors look different from the colors on my screen?
Printers and monitors produce colors in different ways. Monitors use the RGB (red, green, blue) color model, that supports a larger spectrum of colors. Printers use the CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) color model, which can reproduce most—but not all—of the colors in the RGB color model.
How long will it take to finish my job?
Simple jobs are often completed same day or even a few hours if needed. Some jobs, however, may take several days to complete depending on complexity and size. We always strive to provide our best estimate of the turnaround time for your job. We’ll always work with you to figure out how to get your project completed in the time frame you need.
Do you have a price list?
No, because of so many variables involved in the printing/graphic process it would be very difficult post exact pricing. But again, call us and let’s chat!
Do I need to be present to place an order?
No. Although we enjoy seeing our customers face to face, it is not necessary to come in to place an order. New orders and reorders can be placed via the website, called in or emailed.
Is there a minimum quantity for my order?
No, we can accommodate you no matter what quantity you need, even a single piece. However, the cost per unit decreases in larger quantities.
